FAQs

How Often to Sealcoat?

It is generally recommended to sealcoat every 2-3 years. Though many variables can impact frequency. A Warbro representative is always happy to assess whether sealing is needed now or not.

How Many Coats of Sealer are Needed?

It depends on the type of pavement and traffic patern. Driveways typically only need one coat, while parking lots often require two. Though the type of application - spray vs squeegee - and how rough the pavement is are also considerations. Warbro estimators are experienced in determining the optimal application type and number of coats to satisfy your budget and to extend the longevity of your pavement.

Is Crack Filling Necessary?

Yes! Crack filling is one of the most economical pavement maintenance solutions. Crack filling helps keep water out of cracks and from getting under the pavement, reducing the future need for costly patching and re-paving.
