SEALCOATING
Sealcoating provides a protective layer of sealant to the surface of asphalt. This coating acts as a barrier between the asphalt and factors that cause damage such as water, oil, UV rays, chemicals and daily wear from traffic. Sealcoating has been shown to significantly extend the life of asphalt pavement. In addition, sealcoating restores the appearance of asphalt, providing a fresh, rich black color.
CRACK FILLING
Sealing cracks and joints is vital to preserving both asphalt and concrete pavement – reducing costly repairs. Regular crack filling has been shown to be one of the most cost-effective preservation treatments and should be a part of any pavement preservation program. Warbro offers both commercial hot pour and trowel grade mastic crack sealing solutions.
ASPHALT PATCHING
As areas on asphalt deteriorate – such as potholes, “alligatored” areas and very large cracks – it is important to patch these areas in a timely manner. Patching helps restore the safety and functionality of pavement for pedestrians and vehicles and helps to prevent the further spread of deterioration. Warbro estimators are experienced in assessing pavement deterioration and working within budgets to formulate an optimal approach to restoring asphalt parking lots, roads and driveways – these approaches include surface patching, full-depth replacement and mill and overlay.
